Laura Segal joined GMI’s Human Resources Department in July of 2013 and has moved through each role of the department.  She has nearly 25 years of Human Resources and multi-family real estate industry experience.  As Director of Human Resources, Ms. Segal is responsible for all HR functions including strategic recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.  Prior to joining GMI, Ms. Segal held positions at Buchanan Partners, Community Preservation and Development Corp. and Oxford Realty Financial Group, Inc.  Ms. Segal is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and holds both the PHR and SHRM-CP professional credentials.
